2022 Awards - Eligibility Criteria
Show High Point Awards & Eligibility:
1. Class Awards: Must be a current member of OBHA. Class champion awards for EVERY class!
2. Show high point awards: Must be OBHA Member before points are awarded.
3. Must show in a minimum of 4 classes (*1 halter + 3 performance. *NOTE: Color Class does not count)
4. NOTE: Only one division award can be won by horse/rider combo, if only one all day rate is paid.
5. Youth Divisions - All Breed: Yth 5-10 Walk/Trot, Yth 11-18, Yth Ranch 10 & Under, Yth Ranch 11-18, & ABRA Youth.
6. Other Divisions: ABRA Amateur Walk/Trot, ABRA Amateur, ABRA Open, All Breed Adult, All Breed Adult Ranch.
YEAR END AWARDS:
Each year, OBHA hosts a year end awards banquet for class winners and high point division winners. Anyone can be eligible to win one of these awards, if you meet the following criteria listed below.
DIVISION OVERALL HIGH POINT & RESERVE YEAR END AWARDS:
1. Must be an OBHA Member before points are awarded.
2. Must show in a minimum at 2 of 3 OBHA shows
3. Must show in a minimum of 4 classes per show, for at least 2 shows (1 halter & 3 performance - Color class does not count)
4. Must work 3 segments per horse/exhibitor per year
5. One Horse/One Rider Rules apply to Amateur, Adult & Youth. Open is based upon the horse.
6. Overall High Point to be given in all 10 Divisions
(ABRA Youth, ABRA Amateur Walk/Trot, ABRA Open, ABRA Amateur, All Breed Adult, All Breed Youth 5-10 Walk/Trot, All Breed Youth 11-18, All Breed Youth Ranch 10&Under, All Breed Youth Ranch 11-18, All Breed Adult Ranch)
7. Points from each class within each division will be used to determine overall High Point.
8. Exhibitors placing in top 6 will be awarded points for each placing below them not to exceed 6 pts for 1st place.
9. Only one award can be won by a horse/rider combo, if only one all day rate is paid for horse/rider combo.
CLASS HIGH POINT & RESERVE YEAR END AWARDS:

3. One Horse/One Rider Rules apply to youth and amateur divisions
4. Must work 3 segments per exhibitor/per year
5. Exhibitors placing in top 6 will be awarded points for each placing below them not to exceed 6 points for 1st place.
